The Journey

My work reflects a life shaped by movement, contrast, and evolution before finding home in Sarasota. Each chapter introduced new perspectives — urban energy, quiet reflection, shifting light — that continue to influence my visual language. Today, my work carries both history and presence, grounded in clarity and intention.

The Inspiration

Inspiration begins with energy — movement, tension, balance, light. While nature and architecture often spark ideas, the work itself evolves through instinct and flow rather than rigid planning. I approach each canvas with restraint, allowing space for the piece to develop without over-correction or excess control.

The Process

I work primarily in mixed media acrylic on canvas, layering matte finishes with gloss and metallic elements to create depth and shifting light. Pour techniques, structured brushwork, and deliberate negative space bring balance between control and spontaneity. Each piece is one-of-a-kind, built through layering, refinement, and disciplined intuition.
